Sooo…Pretty much I am looking to get a new set of golf clubs but don’t feel like spending two grand on a nice set. Rite now I have a cheap set of Walter Hagen clubs that cost about $200 for a driver, 3 wood, 6-SW irons, 3 hybrids, a putter and a bag. Clearly these clubs are very cheap and poor quality. With price in mind i started to look for some cheap clubs and stumbled across some Callaway Diablo clubs that were very inexpensive, but I eventually I realized that they were knock offs. However, I am still considering getting these clubs even knowing they are fakes. The set includes a driver, 3 and 5 wood, 3-SW irons, a putter, and a bag for around $400. Although they are fake, the quality of the clubs is most likely better than my current set. I’m not an avid golfer and just get out there for fun, so I am wondering, should I get these knock off golf clubs considering my old clubs are probably lesser in quality? Also, I am not looking to buy another cheap set of clubs, used clubs, or clones. Thanks.

i very i’m looking into the idea of replacing my 3,4,5,6, irons as i rarely use them, i was wondering which hybrid clubs i should get but dont quite understand them as different manufacturers use different names, i guess i would want 1 to replace the 3,4 & 5 irons & maybe 1 to use as an alternative to 6 & 7.

Why is it that I can only find “clone” or aftermarket complete hybrid iron sets. With the much hyped game improvement capabilities that hybrid irons have to offer I was wondering why I HAVE NOT seen any of the top name brand manufacturers offer any of the complete hybrid sets?? I have seen a couple no name sets online at custom club companies like “pine meadow golf .com” and “golf clubs fore less.com”. I love these hybrids and would like to get a quality name brand set but cannot find any with the exception of the Cleveland HI-BORE. and Adams only offers a partial hybrid set . Do I need to stick to my Ping G5′s They are nice forgiving traditional irons but probably not as forgiving as a hybrid set. Should I learn to play better with the traditonal irons or will everyone soon be playing with complete hybrid sets ???? Why dosnt TaylorMade or Callaway or Nike or Cobra .. offer complete hybrid iron sets ??????
